It is used as opening and closing devices for pumping system or other high and medium pressure pipe systems of 600 to 1,000MW supercritical (ultra-supercritical) unit steam turbine.
- The valve body and bonnet adopt middle flange bolted connection structure, featuring convenient disassembly. Both ends adopt welded connection.
- The valve disc adopts lift type multi-step cover structure.
- The valve seat adopts conical sealing. With rigid alloy build-up welding, the sealing surface features cavitation and abrasion resistance.
- Multi-step cover is adopted to control each step of pressure drop to make throttled pressure control above saturation pressure to reduce occurrence of cavitation and flash evaporation.
- With flexible option, the actuator furnished with the valve can be configured as per users’ demands.
