The product is used for steam-water system of boiler or steam turbine of thermal power supercritical (ultra-supercritical) unit.
- The valve body adopts overall forged structure.
- Sealing type of the valve body and bonnet adopts pressure self-sealing structure.
- Sealing surface of the valve seat has Stellite 6 alloy build-up welding.
- Sealing surface of the valve disc has Stellite 12 alloy build-up welding.
- With curb (or annular pressure reducing groove) at its front, the sealing surface can prevent particle and impurity in pipes from crushing the sealing surface upon valve closing.
- The sealing part adopts two-step throttle element pressure reducing structure and medium pressure reduces step by step to prevent cavitation and scouring from damaging the sealing surface.
