3. Principle Features

h. Work Principle
The valves use the principle of buoyancy, float according to the amount of condensation of water changes with water level for lift, automatic adjustment of the valve seat opening hole, a continuous discharge condensate. 4.Operating environment

5.Proper installation and maintenance
Correct installation, maintenance, security and normal operation is the only guarantee!
- Check materials, pressure and temperature of the maximum. If the product is less than the maximum operating conditions of the system it installed, you can not install the operation; and ensure that piping systems have safety devices to prevent over pressure
- Must be installed before the pressure of gas purge lines, remove dirt, dust, debris and so on.
- This series of trap doors should be installed in the lower positions, such as steam pipes, valves, filters installed before the cut-off valve; valve should be installed after the check valve, to install the bypass valve and bypass valve.
- Media flow valve must be installed on the direction of the direction marked on the line, and install a basic level.
- Valve should be installed at the level of attention to orientation, refers to the horizontal and vertical body itself, does not allow inclined, inverted, etc..
- After installation or maintenance of the system can guarantee the normal operation of the valve before the need to debug. Alarm or protective devices must be tested.
- Each installation of heating equipment each trap, so as not to influence each other. Traps as far as possible close to heating equipment installation.
Note: If you want to trap the emissions to the atmosphere to ensure the safety point of emission to the emission of the liquid temperature can reach 100 ℃.
