The Orbit BalValve utilize the interaction of the sloping surface on the bottom of the stem and spiragroove for the core tilting and rotation. When orbit balvalve begins to opening, the core tilt away from the seat, the line flow passes uniformly around the core face, which reduced the seat wear and erosion from high velocity flow, the core then rotates to the fully open position. In the orbit valve close position, the angled flat surface on the lower stem to mechanically wedge the core tightly against the seat, and generate a needed sealing pressure to ensure the reliable sealing.
