Pressure reducing valve for soot blowing reducing station
Type | Pressure Reducing Valve |
Model | Y669Y-P58280V, Y669Y-3000SPL |
Nominal Diameter | DN 80 |
It is used for soot blowing system of 600 to 1,000MW supercritical (ultra-supercritical) thermal power unit boiler.
- The valve body adopts angular forged steel structure with high strength and medium flow direction is flow opening type to meet strength requirements under high temperature and pressure. It has butt welding with a pipe.
- The valve seat adopts removable structure to facilitate valve seat repairing and replacing.
- Middle cavity of the valve body adopts pressure self-sealing structure and that of the valve has better sealing after it is pressurized.
- The valve seat adopts conical sealing and the valve core and seat adopt Stellite alloy spray welding to make the valve possess abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-scouring and other characteristics.
- The valve disc and stem have integrated design, port of each step of cover is non-gradual aperture with unequal diameter and flow feature is correction equal percent, capable of controlling steam flow accurately to achieve good regulation performance.
- The valve core adopts continuous four-step sleeve throttle pressure reducing structure. Steam passes through continuously controllable four-step throttle in the sleeve and each step of pressure reducing ratio is above critical pressure reducing ratio, making vibration and noise controlled effectively.
- With flexible option, the actuator furnished with the valve can be configured as per users' demands.
